I'm a bit late, but 1 kg = 1 litre (at least when it comes to water, and milk is mostly water). 55 grams would be about a quarter of a 200 ml cup. 10 g of butter is a small amount. Like a tablespoon of butter maybe? You can definitely just eyeball that. For the flour and mozzarella, that's easy. You look at what your bag of flour weighs (for me it's 500 grams) and roughly divide that by the amount you need (so 90 grams here). Then you take that portion out of the bag. (In my example, I'd use a fifth of my bag of flour.) Same thing with the mozzarella, it often comes in 200 gram packages, so you can just use half of that. I hope this helped! Even if you made the recipe already, you can use these methods to convert other recipes too. I don't have a scale but I frequently use recipes that call for weight, so this is generally how I do it.
