Very easy and quick. I used leftovers jarred salsa adjusting the seasonings and added a little bit shredded cheese to the inside of the chicken. I also let the chicken marinade in salt, pepper , olive oil , some herbs and a splash of lemon while it was coming to room temp and the oven was preheating.
