Made it! I used powdered caccao and sultanas. I didn't have coconut cream, so I just open a coconut milk can and removed the liquid, then mixed the paste with liquid until I got a cream consistency. I used soy protein isolate from "my vegan" (unflavoured). They do not look AT ALL like the picture: the recipe has very few oats, most of it is protein powder and peanut butter! (That is why they are SO caloric) it's very protein rich but has a lot of fat as well, so beware. I am now wondering how long they would last for in the fridge! I also made packages to bring with me to work or to a workout, just using waxed paper and a bit of paper tape. I will probably try another recipe once I am done with these 16 bars.
Update: I had to take them out of the fridge as I had a party and no space. They developed mould after ~1.5 weeks in a box, so I had to bin the last 6.
