This was good, but could be improved. Instructions say to cut kale and cabbage and put into oven. Surely you’re supposed to oil first? There’s also no mention of any seasoning. I seasoned as I went and the dish was really flavorful. I fear it would have been bland if made as written. Time intensive, but probably worth it.
