Won 2nd place at TCOF Chili Cookoff 2021! 🤗
There was a lot of prep work, I combined this recipe and Karen’s recipe with portions of both. I used canned white beans, not dried ones. No jalapeños used, as the poblano peppers gave plenty of heat. I used two different chili powders, and no scallions.
