It’s so delicious and easy that I’ve made it using shop-bought ingredients many times since! Thank you! It looks like a yummy recipe. Would be able to give an approximation as to the quantities they are referring to? I don't know what they mean by "pot". I was just going to wing it, but haven't found the time for that.
