OMFG. Amazing! 100% will make again.
**However** this recipe is NOT beginner friendly. Things are missed in the instructions. It lies about the amount of time it takes to cook even worse than other recipes (which is saying a lot because they all lie). On the main page it says this takes 20 minutes, but if you add up the time mentioned in the instructions themselves, it's at least 35 minutes. In reality, budget 45-60 minutes just for cooking.
I did add a teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon. I finished reducing the sauce on the stovetop, then popped it into the oven at 350f (because the recipe neglects to mention the temp). I left it in until the egg whites were opaque but still very jiggly. Then, I pulled them out and slapped the lid back on while I put garlic bread into the oven.
So decadent and amazing despite being relatively low in calories. Highly recommend.
