This was good. Pretty much spaghetti sauce with cheese tortellini. 8 oz of tortellini is not enough. I used a 19 oz bag and it was the perfect ratio to the sauce. I might omit the carrots next time. If you are going to include them, I recommend cooking them for a while first before adding the onions in since carrots take longer to cook. The carrots were still not completely cooked when everything else was ready.
