1/2 cup of lemon juice for double recipe is way too much. If making a double batch, use 1/4 to 1/3 freshly squeezed Lemon juice. We also added a teaspoon of miso and honey to cut through the as cid from the lemon. Also add a little SPIKE seasoning.
