Pretty much a OneNote dish. It was easy but just not that flavorful. There's a decent amount of spice but that was about it. Also, much too soupy. Using half of a jar of salsa verde would probably have helped. The poblano peppers and onion maintained a bit of a crunchy texture. Not all that appealing. With all of the cheeses, I was hoping for a creamy spicy dish. It wasn't that. I had five chicken breasts, and ended up baking for an hour. I don't feel like one chicken breast should have increased the bake time that much. I don't think the baking time for the recipe is accurate.
