UrTThe first time I made this I followed directions against my best judgement. The bread did not rise and was very dense. Second time I mixed the yeast with THE WATER and agave (I didn't have maple syrup) . The yeast bloomed after about 10 mins and then I mixed with the dry ingredients. Turned out perfect.
