Thumbs up all round for the taste - next time I’ll reduce the sauce down a bit more so the potatoes don’t sink and we get a crispy top!
Didn’t have sweet potato this time unfortunately, but can imagine it works perfectly.
I brushed a little vegetable oil over the top of the instead of butter which worked well, and added carrots in so we got a bit more veg,
