You would add exactly zero paneer since it’s a vegan recipe. The recipe substitutes vegan qourn or says to use tofu. There is vegan paneer at most grocery stores now depending on where you’re located on our beautiful planet. Tempeh would probably also make a great substitute but it’s not listed on the ingredients but get creative. Good luck
