I used 9 inch pans for two of the cakes and I had not problem; same time and temp. The texture and flavor are like store bought cakes... Very good🐢👍

Also if you spread the batter to the edges of the pan you get a relatively flat cake top/ not a dome shape. (Haven't made the frosting yet)
