This was a fun experiment with fairly good results, but I need to practice it. The donuts tasted chewy and crisp, I'll definitely try again.
Some notes:
- you MUST use the template on the website
- Add the flour slowly and combine before adding more. Mine clumped.
- I used a fan oven and 170 C was fine
- Don't take them out until visibly golden brown. Treat it like choux pastry
- don't use old white chocolate like me, buy new. Mine didn't melt and had to compensate with icing sugar.
