1. I added 2 tablespoons of oat meal to increase fiber
2. I replaced sugar with allulose sweetener. It tasted very nice.
3. I completely omitted the condensed milk because the sugar content is high. Also the porridge is creamy on its own without the condensed milk
4. I used almond milk in place of coconut milk to reduce saturated fat. However, to keep the coconut flavor in, I used 3 tablespoon of coconut cream.
5. I found out the porridge became thick too quickly when I first made it, so I added additional cup of water the second time and the consistency was ideal for me.
6. I topped it with some almond flakes and berries for more vitamins and mineral and crunch. It tasted great and I will
make it again
