Update: I made this using crushed tomatoes. Didn't realize it was a quick pot recipe and didn't feel like digging mine out so just followed the directions using the stove top. However, I recommend cooking bacon first or separately from the vegetables to get a nice crisp. I used about 250ml beef stock and simmered on the stovetop, covered, for 30 minutes. It could have gone a little longer for the fat to breakdown in the meat more but overall it was pretty tasty.
This recipe is confusing. Crushed tomatoes(ingredient list) or cherry tomatoes(instructions)? Rosemary and thyme are in the instructions but not ingredient list. Chopped or sliced red onion?
