This was a hit! Fiancé went back for seconds and told me to add it to rotation. I didn’t take a picture of it this time, but I will next time I make it. I added more garlic and would recommend adding more starch for a thicker sauce. It is very thin going by the recipe. I also added a little bit more honey thinking it would make the sauce thicker. Also, I’d pan sear the pork chops before throwing them in the oven. Just to make then look better. Taste was 9/10.
