So good and easy. I was worried about it being too salty with the coconut aminos, but it was actually delicious. Like everybody else said, the sauce was thin. When it was done baking I put just the sauce in a saucepan on top of the stove top to let it thicken and reduce. I used thin cut pork chops and it was delicious. I didn't need to spray the bottom of the baking pan because there was so much liquid
