Used ginger powder with the diced union and minced garlic.
After the chicken stock, i used a can of Po-Ku mushroom, which is softer and smoother in tecture. Kid loved it.
Used Oat-milk as it was already open in the fridge, worked as fine.
Didn't use xanthan gum or scallion.
All was a bit sick, it was just the right light and warm diner we needed.
