I really enjoyed this recipe. I ended up making it with raspberries instead of blueberries and skipped out on the lemon zest. I didn’t have cream cheese available when I made these but I think that is exactly what it needed. Overall my family gave it a 10/10 rating! It’s fluffy, crispy on top, and has fresh slightly sour taste that makes it perfect for any occasion (even breakfast if you don’t mind a bit of sugar).
