Made this as a quick breakfast and it was perfect! I only used one block of tofu. Added it to a tortilla with some salsa which was quite tasty! It's really easy and I added some extra spices to add a bit more flavour.
Second time making this, I used 2 blocks of tofu which was too much in my opinion. I think next time I'll either only use one block or double up on the spices. I also added onion powder, more turmeric, paprika, black garlic, & black salt which helped a bit with the flavor.
