Added a splash more water since I was making it in an 8qt instant pot. The other modification I made was cooking the carrots with the potatoes because I wanted them softer. Next time I will add a bit more milk because after baking in the oven the filling was a bit on the thicker side. It seemed perfect when I filled the pie but I guess it needs to be a bit more soup than I like so that it thickens in the oven. It also needed more seasoning, so make sure you taste the filling before pouring it into the pie.
