I made this with elbow macaroni, and dry oregano (as Bello said I could!)
I also couldn't add garlic because of my mother-in-law, so I just added some onions
swapped parmigiano for gouda as well
all in all, this turned out to be one of the most amazing pasta dishes I've ever made
it tasted quite authentic, if not a little too intense
would recommend, and WILL put it in regular rotation!
