Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop your fresh oregano and garlic (you can use fry oregano instead).
Step 2
In a pan over medium low heat, add chopped garlic and oregano and sizzle for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Add tomato paste and cook for a couple of mins.
Step 4
Add one ladleful of boiling water and cook for another minute then finally incorporate your heavy cream.
Step 5
Simmer for 2 more mins then season with salt.
Step 6
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water, drain and add it to your sauce. Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together.
Step 7
Turn heat off, add your grated cheese and stir one last time.
Step 8
