Didn't quite get that golden color the bake time alloted for plus an extra 5 min. Didn't want to over bake them but they came out very moist! Next time I would add a little more lemon for a more prominent flavor but the raspberries sure bring the fresh and tart to the muffin! Overall very good and easy to bake. Thanks for the recipe!
I also did choose to skip the icing top although I am sure that would make them 10x more delish! 😋
