I followed the recipe exactly the first time, these are the changes I make to it now to suit us. it is delicious as is.
I sliced the chicken breasts in half and seasoned well with Oregano, salt, pepper granulated garlic, onion powder, and thyme. this helped with cooking the chicken through, and added more flavour.
I double the cream, and Parmesan to make more sauce. I cook pasta separately and add it to the pot at the end. It goes great with fettuccine or penne.
This dish is absolutely fantastic. not too difficult to make, minimal prep - most of wich I do while the chicken is cooking. my husband loves it. very picky 10 year old does not. (though he says the chicken is good)
