A great fake out recipe for when you’re craving Pad Thai and have most of the ingredients on hand already. I substituted mine with chicken since it was already defrosting in my fridge. There was more than enough for me and my hubby and he even saved some for leftovers. I didn’t have fish sauce on hand but instead had oyster sauce and threw in some Worcestershire sauce to get close to the original flavor. It still came out as delicious as eating out and I will be adding it as a part of my recipe collection for when I am craving something at a restaurant but want a cheaper version to make at home.
