My whole family loves this granola! I always add more cinnamon, a pinch of allspice and cloves, as well as a sprinkle of ginger powder. Then for sweetening I use half maple syrup, half honey. We like it extra crunchy, so I add a few more minutes of bake time.
I always make it with pumpkin seeds and raisins. An easy, fast and delicious breakfast or anytime option!
