I'm amazed at how much flavor was in this dish from so few seasonings. It was delicious and I will be adding it to my rotation
to make at least bi-weekly. My husband kept telling me how good it was and it was even better the second day. This made it's own gravy, didn't need to make a slurry and add. Served with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. So, so easy. It came out just like the above picture.
