I have discovered how to make these flavorful crackers thinner and crisper: substitute 2Tbsp Tahini and 4 Tbsp flax seed meal instead of both sesames; double the water, mix all other ingredients and wait 30 minutes; it will pour out like oatmeal. Spread it on a pan lined with parchment; cut squares at 15min. Finish cooking 15 more minutes. Viola.
