Second time cooking this and at this point I'm just experimenting:
Subbed chickpea flour for 1:1 gluten free (can't get chickpea)
Added a big pinch of salt
Rosemary
2spoonfulls of active dry yeast to the water
2 spoonfuls of chia seeds
Let it rise for 30 mins
Bake for rx time
Turned out delicious!! Needed a little more rise time and bake time but next round I think I'll get it!
