Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper or greased with foil.

In a large bowl, mix chickpea flour, almond flour, and baking powder together. Slowly add selter water, and fold mixture until all dry ingredients are incorporated.
Step 3
Pour batter into your prepared loaf pan and generously sprinkle some "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning over top of the bread.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. I usually check on the bread at about 38 minutes to insert a skewer to check the doneness.

Allow bread to cool in your pan for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Step 6
Store in an airtight container for 5 days on the counter and up to 2 weeks in the fridge. This chickpea bread is very moist so I would suggest storing the bread in the fridge and toasting when you are about to serve/eat.
