Made it for the first time, and it came out good. I looked at the canned soups like cream of chicken and my jaw dropped reading the amount of sodium one can had. So went back to basics and made it all with healthy ingredients! Most of my clients are on low sodium, diabetic, heart healthy diets or gluten-free.
