I liked it a lot! Here are my additions: I used half the siracha and it was still very spicy, so be careful. Other than that I added the white part of green onions to the tofu cooking and skipped the vegetable broth (it is already too salty). Also, we are two people and I doubled the recipe, so each of us could eat it twice.
I don’t like hard carrots so next time I’ll probably grate them or chop in tiny pieces so that it cooks faster…
