So I added water as well to kind of create more liquid and calm the sauce. The eggs sat for 24 hours… I ate with rice but I think I topped the egg/rice with too much of the juice. It was too much when I got to the bottom of the bowl. I wonder how long these eggs can last in the marinade/fridge?

After 3 days they will become rubbery and not pleasant
