saw other reviews about rice not cooking fully so I cooked it in the beef broth separate from the rest of the dish, and mixed it in at the end. absolutely delicious and satisfying

I like to sub cauliflower rice to add vegetables and a little healthier on the carb front. Sneaking in some chopped spinach is also delicious!
