I was skeptical about the oranges at first but they were a nice hint of sweet! Apples would also work. I love that it’s a flexible base recipe that I can modify with whatever I have in the fridge that day for veggies, fruit, or additional protein. Officially adding this to the dinner rotation for our family. Word of warning: the recipe as-is is 12 servings so definitely reduce down as appropriate.
