This was a combination of a similar recipe.
Used a mix of pearl barley and rissoto rice.
Added diced carrots for crunch and veg.
Tinned cherry toms instead of plum toms.
Used a whole chorizo (saves waste)
Minced turkey as no diced chicken was available.
All worked really well and is a v nice meal, could do with more spice , maybe paprika? I've added some tomato sauce to give tang.
