Awesome dish. Few things I would change in instructions that I personally did to make it faster/easier
Cut chicken before cooking since it didn’t really specify
I bought broc in steamable bag and steamed those in microwave to semi cooked, like half the time, while cooking the chicken
Doubled the sauce right off the bat and could have used more honey to balance out soy sauce
Made a batch of corn starch slurry and added to my desired consistency
Paired with jasmine rice (boil in a bag) and 100% will be making this again. Way better than broccoli and chicken from a Chinese restaurant and ten times fresher. Oh and this served 2 adults and 3 kids with no leftovers (4 thin sliced chicken breasts and 2 bags of great value broc florets) since there’s no serving sizes either
