← Replies in 100 calorie chocolate mug cake Recipe

I live in the UK so the ingredients i have used are all sourced from Tesco or Aldi. This does not add up to anywhere near 100 calories for 1 serving. Using the measurements listed in the ingredients list, this recipe adds up to a minimum of 287 calories. Good job i calculated it myself before baking it. Of course i’m sure this is a gorgeous recipe and perhaps when i have a better relationship with food, i will make it. However at the moment, this is not a 100 calorie mug cake that i am willing to make.

I’m also from the UK and use ingredients from Tesco, other than the stevia which I get from Amazon. I’ve calculated this recipe multiple times and it always comes out to 99 calories! Where are you calculating it on? I use myfitnesspal and whisk, which both come out to under 100 calories for this recipe. Id love to know the breakdown of the calories you’re seeing because unfortunately it’s very inaccurate.

literally though the flour alone is over 100cals

2 tablespoons of flour is only 57 calories. You likely did not calculate correctly.
