I altered the recipe for a 2lb roast. It was good, I still think a sauce would be like the icing on top.
we still have leftovers so I’m gonna try. Rosemary infused cream sauce. Heavy cream, Parmesan, a little Dijon mustard, garlic and other seasonings should do it. Probably don’t need a lot of it, but a drizzle would be fantastic.
