Cut this recipe in half, didn't use the tomatoes, cucumbers, or avocados. It was amazing.

Made this again with the frozen seafood mix from Walmart (scallops, shrimp, squid, mussels) along with fresh calamari. Added diced frozen peaches, ½ seeded cucumber, but didn't include the jalapeno or tomatoes.
