My chicken was too thin to “stuff” so I seared them on the stovetop, finished cooking them
Most the way then just topped with the broccoli filling. For the filling I also added cream cheese and shallots. Instead of Mayo I used Greek plain yogurt. For the chicken I seasoned it really heavy with some rotisserie chick seasoning and pepper and granulated garlic. Turned out pretty amazing!!! 10/10. Oh, cooked in oven on 400 for about 15-20 mins. Between the prep and cook time, definitely not quick but not an awful process. Will def do it again.
