pretty good. need to be baked for quite some time to get them soft inside and crispy outside. i mixed in some egg before adding panko breadcrumbs for better sticking. since it became more wet bc of the egg i added more panko. halfway into the bake i added some bacon i had leftover onto the tray. i also added some black pepper. i served w chopped parsley and sriracha mayo.
