I think I'll be doubling the corn and the tomatoes. Also I think I'll add the cream cheese later, mine curdled a little bit and made the whole chili taste a little odd.
So I did actually put double corn and tomatoes into the chili, and I enjoyed it with a more even ratio. The extra juices didn't affect the flavor, but it did make more. The cream cheese melted really fast after I added it. I waited until the end to throw it in and it didn't really change anything. I also added about 1 and a 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a little kick and it added a lot of flavors. This second attempt was much better than the first and I am really happy with it.
