Tried this recipe last night and it was delish. I put a little extra cream than it called for and a handful of spinach. I made it for dinner again tonight it was so good but I forgot to grab another block of Parm fr the store and had asiago instead and I don't recommend that. I also forgot the spinach this time and used too much onion AND didn't cook the sun dried tomatoes long enough so don't rush it people!! It's fast but not as fast as I tried getting it done. Haha other than that I loved it last night.
