I like to add 1/2c shredded carrot and a handful of shredded coconut or hemp seeds. I also like to replace 3/4c flour with almond meal, makes them more airy. I prefer maple syrup to honey for these. I also use olive oil a lot of the time when I’m too lazy to melt coconut oil.
