Followed the stove top recipe. I subbed wild rice for farro because it was what I had. I didn't have any old bay and used my own dried spice blend. From the reviews that seems like the way to go for this soup. Paprika, Onion flakes, sage, thyme, basil Turmeric, and s&p. Flipping delicious and hearty! the farro gives it a good bite, like a barley soup. I'd definitely add more broth next time because the farro soaks up a lot of liquid. Tastes even better days later.
