Can I ask what polenta recipe you used? Looks good!

I had to consult my husband as he‘s been the one to make the polenta for this recipe. He said most recently he used instant polenta, cooked on the stove per instructions, and after it partially set he spatula’d it into a baking sheet (I think it covered about half the sheet). If it’s still a bit wet, he throws it in the over for 3-5 minutes to crisp it a bit and help it set. Our default oven temp is 350, so he probably used that. We’ve also used non-instant polenta as well, just takes longer.
